I have also noticed this with my new voice note. I've tried to reproduce it
by going back and rereading the same text, but then it doesn't occur again.
I know it's hard to fix a problem that is hard to reproduce. It almost
sounds as if the amplifier turns off for a second, which is what causes the
word or sylable not to be spoken. THis is just a guess though.
