Hi Cindy, Once on the site, press space with dot 5 (read with l), until you come to the first input field. You will see "Serial number, text input". Type your serial number, which you will find in braille on the underside of your BN. You should then see the field which requires you to enter the password, frog1. You will then find the "Logon" button. Click on this by pressing enter, and you should be good to go. Good luck. David
