Estin, The problem is that the books on step 1 have to be unzipped before
they can be validated, so as Bookshare's information states, you will need a
program like Winzip on your computer.  After unzipping the book you can then
transfer it to your BrailleNote for validating.  I seem to rememger that
someone a long time ago said there was a way to unzip files on the
BrailleNote but I don't know what it is.  You might want to join the
BrailleNote list and ask that question.  Unpacking the books and unzipping
them are two different things as you probably know.  HTH
