I'm still confused. Tried backing it to the card no way.

This is Joseph. There are number of ways of backing up
your address list. Some of them include:
1. As many of the lister suggested, using ActiveSync
to synchronize the contacts between KeyList and MS
Outlook (anything deleted from either devices will
result in deletion in other device as well.)
2. Copying KeyList folder from Flash Disk to an
external device e.g. CF card, or, rarely, to a folder
on the PC using ActiveSync's explore feature. This
will ensure mild security from losing your critical
data, but if you delete the folder where the KeyList
files reside, then it is hard to recover the data.
The second example might be classified as "backup,"
because if the information in BN gets lost, it is
possible to revet back to the "saved" data later on by
copying KeyList folder back to Flash Disk. I hope this
information may help you.
