to use this function. I can't find anything in the users guide about it.

Hello Debbie,

The database conversion functionality has been newly added to import or
export to the CSV file format.   Sometimes, this feature is quite handy if
you have a database from a previous version of KeySoft that is in the CSV
format.  The upgrade process to 6.11 exports the old databases to the CSV
format before importing them back into the original CDB format once the
upgrade has completed.
