Lesley,

I never did discover how to turn up that pop-up which started occurring
rather suddenly with me. It got in my way so much when I was trying to
install programmes that I ended up having to take out Norton and use
another antivirus.

If you do find the answer, I'd be most grateful to know as nobody I know
can help.

To be honest, it wouldn't have been possible for us to work with the BN
with that problem.

Subject: [Braillenote] Security Alert Popup Box

Dear DeafBlindTechies and BrailleNote list servers,

First, my big thank to Dick who helped me to solve the freeze problem
during I use my BrailleNote PK terminal to PC. He told me to turn Norton
Antivirus to be disabled. It works so great.

The Security Alert popup and warns me about the Norton is off. I click
OK. But it keeps to warn me after I pressed OK. So I move it left to
slide out of the display.

I can not find how could I stop the Security Alert?

Did you know that Norton AnitVirus causes my ststem to freeze during I
am using PK Terminal with Window-Eyes?
