I'm just wondering how you'd logistically do this. I guess you'd have to
have a contract with Human ware, as well as lots of insurance.

Hi Mike.  Would this work for every one in the us?  The only  reason 
I ask this question is I do not live in MD. and so I think it would 
be a great program if it worked across the us.
