Dean: What kind of driver install are you referring to? There is more than one way in which drivers are installed. For example they could be exe files and run themselves on the other hand the could be a series of files with an inf file to install. If they are inf then user interaction would be required unless the system always assumes you want to install.

This is done from the tools menu in Activesync after having established a connection. However, this is only possible if the application running on the BrailleNote does not require interaction from the user, though it will read message boxes announcing the completion of the installation etc, if they exist in the installation. A 456 reset will result in any device drivers being deleted.
