Hi Katie, if the BrailleNote can't open the file, then sadly, exporting it from the BrailleNote won't work either. This, for now, is where a PC becomes involved, unless you can ask the professor to save the document as an RTF or text file. We know this issue needs work, and very much appreciate your patience. I've previously posted about my attachment issues. So, today I thought I'd try to export the MSWORD files the mPower couldn't read and put them into RTF files using the "export file option". Everything would go ok, but when I would open the file, it would be blank. Am I just going to have to resort to using my PC to do this kind of work with a file... making it an RTF file on the PC?
