Hi all,

<smiling> I've changed the subj line on this post. If it weren't so
serious, in this day and age when there are gunmen roaming the streets
of New Orleans, it would be laughable. I make no evaluation here,
none, I only examine the facts and ask questions.

1. Where did this MPower come from?

2. Who sold it originally and why?

3. Seems that since it's only been two months since the Mpower has
been on the market, someone selling one, would push the envelope
of credibility.
4. If this person were actually selling an MPower, what is its serial
number, is that available? The buyer will have to have it in
order to upgrade or to purchase an SMA or a HMA.
5. Is it still under warrantee? Since this wasn't mentioned, one
must assume that it is not an MPower, and it is not, therefore
under warrantee. The Warrantee lasts one year. This, I would
think would be important imformation.
As I say, I make no value judgments one way or the other, I merely
point out facts. Oh, yes, and since only a limited number of MPowers
have been sold, assuming that the serial number is still on the unit,
the original purchaser can and should be contacted to find out exactly
what's going on here. Buying pigs in pokes is not a good idea. For
those of you outside the U.S. a "pig in a poke" is a suckling pig in a
bag. You can't see inside the bag, so you're buying an unknown
quantity.
