Hello again,
I discovered to my delight that my new laptop has an SD card slot and have
already copied files from my network to the M-power to the SD card which I
placed in my laptop and I put the files into my documenbts in the
laptop. The files I needed to transfer were in my present but older PC but
I'm excited to find I'll be able to move files with a PCMCIA card, flash
card with adapter or an SD card so I'm not complaining.

Graham,
Sadly, some of us have found it necessary to purchase an SD card also
for the same purpose. You'll love it though!

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] new build of KeySoft
6.2availableforBrailleNoteandVoiceNote mPower users
I was looking at installing the most recent patch but the process looks
awfully silly. I can only install from an SD card less than 512 but
more than 48 megabytes. Not from a CF card and presumedly not from an
external hard drive.
Why?
As I don't have an SD card, does this mean i should have been advised to
purchase one by Humanware? If an SD card is the only way to install
upgardes surely it should be part of the basic kit.
Perhaps I am missing something here?
