Hi Mike, We've recently come back to BrailleNote products (or more specifically the use of Keynote) after! I've found the manual readable and it gave me the best explanation ever with regard to connections.leaving to go down other roads . . .. We're still getting to grips with some of the features of mPower and have had a couple of hiccups along the way; but we love it! The keyboard action is good! The Planner is very good indeed and we're impressed with the scope of the different ways in which you can access any one thing - using the menus, first letter options and shortcuts! (We love all the shortcuts.) We love the feel of the Braille dots - these have got to be the best ever!
We've started to do recordings and do feel that for a good music recording the microphone needs to be external - and that's probably the same with all products! I don't think there's one feature we use above others though we're about to get our wireless setup underway and then I can be away from the computer when reading mail etc. (We've wanted to do this for a long time with other products and haven't succeeded, so when we manage to follow all instructions and do this with our mPower then we're truly going to be ecstatic!)
