Good Morning Jean and List: Yes, Keysoft will delete whatever you create when you do a 4,5,6 reset, (Jkl reset). Of course, you can just go from Main Menu, and press F, F E. Erase the folders you want. Actually you never want to store anything in Keysoft anyway, because when you have to reset, you'll lose the things you've put in. The none folder is the route folder in all drives. If you look in your Flash Disk None Folder, and do Space with X at the "list of files" prompt, you can see the hidden files in that folder.
