I hope that you did not reply to this email.  This is part of what is going
on by criminals who make you think that you are going to a legitimate web
site when in fact you are not and they get information from you for identity
theft or credit card fraud.  Don't ever respond to, or click on any links
from emails like this no matter how legitimate they may seem.  Delete them
immediately.  They are being sent to enough people so that others will
report them to the proper authorities.
