Thanks for the idea, but it didn't fix my problem. I've even tried
setting the default file type to creat to a plain braille file, BRF,
with the same results. Within a braille document I create, I can only
move by paragraph if I use two returns between paragraphs or put in two
manual spaces. Ug, this shouldn't be that hard to solve.

Go to the forward translation list and look for "paragraph." Type the
command for hard return then press the space bar twice.

twice after that, you'll see a paragraph. I'm going to see if it can
