She recently have gotten a Braille note with a Braille display and a regular keyboard. The problem my friend is having is that she has run down the battery all the way down. After recharging it, she is unable to get the Braille display or the voice back. What has she done wrong? She is going to call Pulse Data, but I was just wondering if it is something simple that she can herself take care of. If some of you know let me know, so that I could tell her and shine.
