I sent my BN 18 in the day after Thanksgiving and according to the tracking record it arrived on Monday 11/28/05. It still is not home and when I called on about 12/15/05 they said it was supposed to be done the week of 12/19/05.
I hope it is a parts delay and not a lost Braille Note. IO hope he delves into the exciting world of Text Adventure Games. And I'm looking forward to the other stuff. Hey, I wonder how I can find out when my unit will be returned to me anyhow? I sent it in before Christmas, and have no idea what's going on. I guess the folks at Humanware can help--that is, if I can remember my RMA <sheepish look>. Any suggestions?
