Rhonda; I did this a while back, but after entering my user id and password I think I arrowed around a little. I did not even know about chord 4, then. I then exited out to see if when I reentered if my password had been accepted. All it did was ask for the imfo again. I think I tried it a few times and got very frustrated, with nobody to turn to. Someone said there was a save box. I never found it. Sarah has offered to help me walk through the steps, over the phone. That will be the most helpful Terry Powers
