I read the BrailleNote list messages on a daily basis (in digest form), so 
certainly take note of your gripes regarding the User Guides.

Please understand that the User Guides are not always the best 
communication tool for letting users know what accessories work best with 
HumanWare products.  In the case of the wireless cards, these come on and 
off the market quicker than I can update the manuals! 

It is also unrealistic to expect the cards to be tested and the 
recommendations added to the website, considering resources and the 
difficulty of assessing the availability of these cards for our worldwide 
users.

In my view, the BrailleNote list presents an excellent forum for sharing 
information such as which wireless cards are compatible with HumanWare 
products.  You can be sure that the information is up-to-date and accurate 
as it has originated from in-the-know, experienced users.

The web site is updated periodically with relevant information as it 
filters through to us (often via feedback from this list!).  Please go to
