Ou'd have to write the games on teh computer, as teh BN (probably) won't
have an Inform compiler to compile the source code. And I don't even want to
think about the nightmare of a grade II braille source code compiler.

Yes because zfrots is a common way to write interactive fiction, there's
absolutely nothing stopping a programmer from writing games for the
BrailleNote themselves, maybe with a blindness theme, that'd be quite fun.
