This is Joseph. The Visual Display feature is described in Chapter 2 of the User Guide under the topic called "Using a Remote Visual Display." To enable this feature: 1. On the Paml Pilot be sure to start the communications package that came with the program and it is configured to support infrared communication. 2. On the BN from anywhere in KeySoft go to Options Menu/Visual display item. BN will display, "visual display? currently off." To use infrared port to activate visual display, press I and then press ENTER. The visual display is activated. Note: before starting the visual display with IR port, be sure that the IR port is not used by any programs like ActiveSync, and be sure to align the IR ports on both devices so the IR ports face each other. If you wish to use visual display for long time, it is best to plug the AC adapter at all times. Be sure to turn off the visual display when you won't be using it. To turn it off, go to Options menu/Visual display and press F and ENTER to turn it off. I hope this information may help you.
