Hello:

I can't actually assist as I was not the user and it wasn't with a
BrailleNote. I only post the information as a be ware as those were the
complaints we received. Added to that these were in fact phone Headsets
for use with a desktop phone although I have heard the same complaint
about standard stereo ear phones as well.

Sorry I can't be of more help

Hello Terry Bray,

Could you either email me or post to the list how this was done and also
what types have been used as I have a dis-order that I am going to be
using a FM device (cleans up the sound and also takes the sound and
brings it to my ear as I don't proccess the sound right.

I am most likly geting a device that has bluetooth interconnection so I
would be able to use cell phones and other things that allow bluetooth
to connect for sound.

Thanks,
