John, I have noticed the same problem as you with my PK. It rarely says one-hundred percent when I finish charging. Sometimes it's sixty, sometimes eighty, sometimes fifty-three and so on. This is even after I've charged it over night. There doesn't seem to be a way to test the accuracy of the gauge as there is on some units. Still, for the most part, I love the darn thing. Humanware uk have been grate with me as I have borrowed a pk from them otherwise I would be stuck in my work without it but I really feel for you as you rely on it so much the annoying thing is it always seems to go wrong on Thursday or Friday which makes things even more frustrating.
