Right, that's how it is. The POI files are in the POI folder and the
maps are in the map folder. There are no sub directories.

Hi Sarai,
I have version 3.3 on my voice note and I looked on my cf card at the
folder
names that the g p s software is looking at. The map folder is called
maps and the user poi's are in the folder called poi so I think any maps
that you want the software to see has to be in the maps
folder and any poi's that the software will see has to be in the poi
folder. John

Help!
Major problems here. I updated from 3.1 to 3.3 and that went fine. I
deleted the old POI's but the user one and put in the POI's for my
state. Here is where we have problems. It says can't find any
commercial POI's, it just shows my user one. Also, it won't read the
map, it says map loaded but when you look in virtual or regular modes
it shows nothing. It can't find any streets intersections, addresses,
etc. I made sure the POI's and maps were being shown on my
compactflash card and they are. I desperately need help!
