Aloha Ronda,
I just got off the phone with PulseData and we fixed the problem. I will
tell you what we did, but don't know if it will help you.

We went to File Manager and then to folder Manager. We then went to erase,
then flash disk, then dictionaries. We erased all of the files in the
dictionary folder.

Then, without exiting or anything else, we pressed dots 4,5,6 while
pressing reset and continuing to hold the dots down until we heard the
chime. It rebuilt the dictionary files and all is well now.
Betsy

Well, your margins are set the same way as I have mine. What is your
document type? I'd never run into this problem until recently, so I too am
trying to figure it out.
