Gabe, Yes, I have the difficult to have JUNO in Outlook and OE, too. I try to have Earthlink TotalAccess but technican helped me to solve it with their own service. As I use "smtpauth.earthlink.net for SMTP. I tried it on Outlook and OE but no successful. I read JUNO Help on the website but I think they are NOT correct. I guess JUNO staff is sleepy and laziness. I really do not want to quit JUNO because I use it for many years. Countless people know my email address. I HATE to change to new email address. Yes, it will give me too much work to change the addresses.
So I try my best how to solve it. Thank you for your reply email. I think BrailleNote PK is focusing to Outlook.
