When you back up your card,do you also take off the note taker what you have
on the card already?
So that you have more room?
Jim is very patient in helping me understand how to do this.
I get so much mixed up.

Hi Jean,
I find, on average, that I need to charge my mPower every 4 or 5 days,
and I will back up to a compact-flash card once a week. I've usually been
able to get the battery right down to 10% before I start receiving
"battery is low" and "battery is critical" messages as well.

Hi Pam
I charge mine every two or three days as well, and that's with no cards.
Just reading and the odd braille file created.

I wouldn't really say that mine has the battery problems, but I do
have to charge it every other day at least. Peggy, how in the world
does yours last a week without charging? Must be nice. Do you use a
wireless card with yours? I'm figuring that is what drains mine so
fast.
And to the person asking about charging up the battery, you will need
to charge it first when receiving your MPower.
