Hi, Theresa: When you download the patch, you're asked which folder you want to download it in. It will ask for a file name, just press Enter. Then, when it's downloaded, go to the file manager, and press R to rename it. Go to the file name, press Enter. Arrow over to the end of the file, and give it a .bks extension. You'll be asked, "rename extension"? Press Y for yes. Go back to Main Menu. Press B for book reader. You'll be asked "read book from which folder?" Go to your folder and file. You'll be asked to enter your password. If you have Book Share, enter your password, or just press Enter. You'll be asked where to unpack your book? I'd just unpack it in the None folder of my Cf card. It will be given a .exe extension. Then, you can go to the Utilities Menu, and press A for Application. Follow the rest of the prompts.
