Hi Jonathan, First, congratulations on what sounds like a truly exciting [product. I likely missed this in the announcement, but I assume there will be one or two flash card slots? Also, what about the ability to synchronize with Outlook. In addition to existing capability with Contacts and Appointments, will it be possible in the initial release to synchronize with Outlook e-mail, notes and tasks? Generally, if you want the latest and greatest, then you buy a new machine. But we recognise that these machines cost much more. So for well under half the cost of a brand new BrailleNote PK, you can have a brand new Braillenote mPower if you are an existing BrailleNote customer. And if that's not an option for you, then we're still going to produce software for the machine you have. So I think we've been as fair as we can.
