Isaac,
I'd go with what the context sensitive help says.  Off hand I can't think of 
another instance where it gives the wrong command.  I just checked, and the 
manual and help system both give the wrong command.  I don't remember how I 
learned how to actually delete an Email folder, but it's control+i, just like 
the command to delete a file or folder anywhere else in Keysoft.

I am having a lesson with my client today. I want to teach her the 
scheduling option and the context help menu as well. do I just use the 
help key for this? now I hope that thing doesn't have too many wrong 
commands in it! that can be discouraging.
I taught her the speech adjustments last time. I set mine to something 
like pitch at five, rate at four and olume at about seven. It's not quite 
exactly how I really want it, but I'll play with it a bit more later. the 
PK has this tiny little speaker! I wish it was bigger. maybe I could buy a 
set of speakers at Radio Shack and get a louder volume. HMMM! what do you 
think?
