Isaac, I'd go with what the context sensitive help says. Off hand I can't think of another instance where it gives the wrong command. I just checked, and the manual and help system both give the wrong command. I don't remember how I learned how to actually delete an Email folder, but it's control+i, just like the command to delete a file or folder anywhere else in Keysoft. Sarah
