Cindy,

I suspect when you see the message, "out of memory", this has nothing to do 
with the amount of storage you have available on your card.  Rather, I suspect 
the BN doesn't have enough RAM allocated to play the podcast.  Have you tried a 
reset before attempting to play a podcast?  I have done this under similar 
circumstances and it worked.

I have used a Lexar and a Kodak both 256 M and they work fine, aside
from the podcast thing.
