Nancy, try going into my computer and locate your disk E or whichever disk
you have the tutorials on.
Now, after you get there, locate the folder and pressyour right arrow to
open it up.
Now tab into the list box
You should find your tutorials all there.
Now type control a which should select all of them.
Ok now depending what you want to do here, press control x for cut or
control c for copy.
copying will leave the tutorial original files on the computer.
Now, Hit windows e again and reopen windows explorer.
Arrow down to local disk whatever which is your flash card.
Now when you get there, what I'd dois hit your alt key and arrow down to new
and it will ask new folder? Type audio tutorials for the folder name and
press enter.
Now tab over and you will find nothing in this folder. Ok typecontrol v and
your files should paste into this folde
Now I don't know how the media player works on the classic because I only
used it once and that was 2 years ago when it first came out but try doing
that first.
Now I would imagine when you want to play the audio file the Braille Note
will ask you what folder the thing is in and you can hit your spacebar or
write the name of the folder and it should play it.
I don't know about this but try that and see if it works.
I haven't got any audio files on which to try this but this should work
unless windows is playing tricks on me.
And a belated happy birthday, by the way!

Subject: [Braillenote] Copying an audio file from my computer to the
flashcard
No, Kim, I want to put the flash card inthe reader and copy an audio file
in a folder from my computer to my flash card so I can listen to it on the
Mp3 player. I have a Classic BT 18. I appreciate you trying to help me,
though. If you can give me detailed steps, I'd appreciate it. You, or
Joseph, Jim, Don, or someone. I can listen to the file on my computer,
but I want to listen to some of the tutorials on my flash card inthe Mp3
application of the Br Note. I'll be getting a Ptr1 soon from Irti, but I
want to transfer the file from my computer to the flash card inthe reader.
How do I do this? As Diane says, mega thanks in advance, grin.
Nancy
