Sending this message once again hoping for a reply from Dean this time...

Ah, Dean, this is good information. Now, just one more thing to help me set my limits and manage my space the best way, if I am on the web looking at something adn want to send an email about it, if I just go to email and write the message then back to keyweb and have left the information active so to speak, is that taking up some of that 1 MB of ram to play with? Would I do better to close out of Keyweb and do my mail then go back? The same with mp3 files playing music... if hey are paused, are they blocking some of my edit space and the like in RAM? Since I use my voicemate to do as much of my heavy duty email as I can manage, I want it to have as much free overhead as I can. I've started just forwarding messages to myself to my PC with subject lines added that sort them to the correct folders on the PC as they come in and this is working fine so I don't have to store a ton on the Voicenote now. It amazes
me how well it is working now with just the dumping of the MB of stuff fro

m that one database.

Subject: [Braillenote] message to Kathy and other KeySoft 6.11 usersregarding limitations

Hi Kathy,

You will find that there are restrictions in KeySoft 6.11 as to how big
email and address list databases and spelling dictionaries can be before you
either start experiencing sluggish performance or some sort of exception
error. This is due to the fact that we are bringing you modern
functionality that requires more memory, on an older machine. This
limitation will vary depending on what you have done since your last reset
and what tasks you are switching between but generally speaking, there is
only about 1 MB of free RAM once KeySoft is running.

Regards,
