The reason you do a reset to install the card, is because you used something 
else like an ethernet card before.  No, you won't need to do this every time.  
The only thing you'll need to do every time is O chord, C W, and turn your card 
on.  I have figured out another way, too.  I just go in to check an e-mail, and 
when it asks for which connection, I press the Spacebar for Wireless.  Press 
Enter.  It asks me if my wireless card is on.  I press Y then.  Good luck.
