Hello Penny,

The drive is no longer able to be supported, due to the PCMCIA slot on the
BrailleNote mPower not being able to deliver the necessary voltage to help
power the drive.  Therefore, the issue is not only related to software but
there is also a hardware limitation.

This limitation won't impact on the operation of most PCMCIA devices with
the BrailleNote as later PCMCIA devices require a lower voltage.
