Maybe it seems like a good amount of battery drainage. I take it to church
on a Sunday morning with a fresh charge, and come home with it almost to the
70's percentage wise. That's after using the CF card to read from during
hte service when reading scripture from the Bible as the Pastor reads it. I
also read the words to our songs on the BN's display. Isn't modern
technology great!
Then if it's in the 30's or so on Thursday or Friday percentage wise I'll
make a point to use the BN as much as possible so as to run it down so it
doesn't die on me in church on Sunday like it did one Sunday a few weeks
ago. I was mad at myself for not keeping better track of things.

Hi Kelly,
I have done a huge amount of reading on the BN, both from files stored on
the flash disk and those stored on CF cards or a microdrive, and the
battery drainage is about the same on my unit. Is your BN using more
battery power when you read files stored on a CF card? That's strange if
it is.

Thanks. i'll try that later. Then, i'll lpad them all onto a CF card and
take them with me wherever I go. I can load them into the BN itself a
book
at a time to help save on battery power from reading from the CF card all
the time.
Here it goes!!!

Just put Rowling J. K. in the author field and Harry Potter in the
title field and web braille in the keyword field. They will all come
up.
