Hello Peggy and list:

I'm glad to hear that you now have the upgrade running. The reason why the
nk.bin file was uploaded to the website in an uncompressed form is that we
don't support unzipping files on the BrailleNote. However, I will see
whether we can also put a zipped version of the upgrade up on the site.

Isaac, the only site we have that is still hosted in the US, (Texas to be
exact), is the SDW site. Obviously, we wanted to get this upgrade up on the
main downloads page, especially since no software security was required,
which the SDW site takes care of so to speak.

Regards,

Dean Jackson

So what can we do to get the upgrade? I remember Pam said this
happened to her a couple days ago, but other people haven't seemed to
have a problem. I'd ask for it to be sent as an attachment, but it's
so big that it probably wouldn't be practical. I guess I'll just
keep trying, and if worse comes to worse, I'll call Humanware on
Monday. This is just too weird.
