Shawn, If it won't transfer via Active sync, see if the settings have the serial port checked, that might have come un checked. If you don't want the files to convert, uncheck that option under options. go to Active sync and

My idea was to use activesync to back-up the bn that has everything and connect to the sick 1 and restore it. We also tried copying files but activesync insists on trying to convert them to desktop format and giving errors. The back-up process was successful, but the restore was not. When we tried to restore to the other bn activesync said the connection was broken, and to please not use the mobile device while the files were being transferred. I'm not aware of a sleep mode in the bn, I know there's a back-up files option on the bn but it doesn't give activesync as an option as the source. Problem is we don't have a memory card or a superdisk drive as are suggested in the manual. If there's a way to do this through activesync please let me know. Thanks.
