Hi, I was able to fix it last night with help from someone on this list,
sorry I can't remember the name but I am really sick at the moment and my
brain is mush. I had forgotten to
open keysink, I was only using Microsoft active sink. So that is why it
wasn't working once I was reminded about Keysink I didn't have any
problems.

Thanks,
>From Shaz.

Oh boy been there done that. Lets see, first of all go to your key Sync
options and check everything as no. Then sync it again, you shouldn't
have any problems. If it syncs fine, then change all of your settings
back to yes and then try to sync again. This should have fixed your
problem. If it doesn't fix the problem, then you'll have to reinstall
Key sync.

Subject: [Braillenote] Error with sinking planner

Hi, when I just tried to sink my planner with my computer I got the
Error:

"an error has occurred - the virtual circuit was reset by the remote
side"

This happened with both my voice note QT and my Braille note QT. they
are
both running keysoft 6.11. I tried all the resets on the Braille note
and
deleted the partnerships and re did them but still no luck.

I hope someone has some ideas because I need to get my planner off my
Braille note and make a copy on my computer and my voice note. I have
done
this once before and nothing has changed on my computer since I last did
it.

Hope you can help,
>From Shaz.
