Hi, I was able to fix it last night with help from someone on this list, sorry I can't remember the name but I am really sick at the moment and my brain is mush. I had forgotten to open keysink, I was only using Microsoft active sink. So that is why it wasn't working once I was reminded about Keysink I didn't have any problems.

I hope someone has some ideas because I need to get my planner off my Braille note and make a copy on my computer and my voice note. I have done this once before and nothing has changed on my computer since I last did it.
