I have to assume it has to be something that the school has set up on the
network.  If she can read all of her other messages  okay, it has to be on
their end.  We will just have to check all of the settings at school to see
if we can find the problem.  Thanks anyway for the help.

I know that with the upgrade, some messages cannot be read.  I'm assuming
that the documents cannot be read with this.  I get many messages that say
"KeySoft cannot recognize this version".  This isn't much help, is it?
