Terri, the "to" prompt works differently. This is what I did: To: "BrailleNote List" <[email protected] Believe it or not, with the "to" prompt, you have to use the block commands and paste it in. That's what I just did with showing you the braillenote list. You would think it would be the same. Hmmm!

Address Book

Dear Rhonda,

I'll try what you have suggested and see if it works. Usually,
it's the to
field I want to copy, because I get most of my messages from
lists but the
from address is good for individuals.

Why these steps aren't printed in the manual is a mystery to me.

Also, Keymail is the first email program I've used which puts
saved outgoing
messages into 3 folders. Outlook Express only uses one folder
and so does
Pine. It's ridiculous to use 3 folders to save a copy of 1
message and they
should make the change.

Thanks again for your help.

Book

Hi Terri and List:

Terri, here are the directions for pasting an email address to
your
address list. I believe you have a Qwerty keyboard.

    1. At the "from" prompt, press Ctrl C.
    2. You will hear "clipboard pasted".
    3. Go to the address list, to the "add address" prompt.
    4. Write in the last and first name in.
    5. Go to the "home email address" prompt.
    6. Press Ctrl V.
7. Since the first and last name are listed in the email
address,
press Ctrl K to delete the first and last name.
8. Place your cursor on the first letter of the email
address.
    9. Press Backspace to delete the "less-than sign.
10. With the right arrow, move to the end of the email
address.
    11. Press Backspace to remove the "greater-than" sign.
    12. Press "escape" to add the record.

As far as your emails showing up in three different places, it
does it to
show you which ones have been sent. Everything shows up in the
"all"
file. I don't know if this will change or not, though I suspect
not.

Hope some of this helped.

Kind regards.
