Hi,
Yes, there are special tricks or ways to remember things. For example,
your little, or inner fingers will give commands in reading to the
smallest movements, for example, moving forward by space with dot 6
moves you forward by letter, space with dot five moves you forward by
word and space with dot 4 moves you forward by sentence. Also, the same
commands, but using your left hands and dots 3 two and 1 will move back
a letter, word, or sentence. Using both hands such as dots 1245 with
space will start you reading from the cursor on. Also remember, the same
reading commands with back space will cause you to delete either the
word, letter, sentence, etc. Depends on what you want to do. These are
just some small examples.

Subject: [Braillenote] Questions to do with tricks to learning shortcuts

Hello Jonathon and others,

I am writing because I will be geting my Voicenote mPower BT hopfully
very very soon and I need to learn how to use it and also be able to
jump right into using it as soon as I get it and I figured there was a
tip that Jonathon talked about before to do with reading and deleting in
the word program.

My question is, is there a easy way to remember or to show the trend of
the commands

for say Space + 321 = Top of page but by changeing the space to a
Backspace it delets from where you are to the top of the page. I think
I gave the right command as I do not have the device now and have only
read the manul and I don't DO good with them i do from tricks and hands
on. So I was hoping that there is some big trend when it comes to
reading, deleting, editing in the word and also Book reader that is just
by changing the key that you hit with the command changes the behavor
that will be done

Also Kate when i was reading the doc for the VN BT that a couple of
spots have Function when there is no function key on the BT's

Also Kate I would like to see a quick way of geting the list of commands
in a fasion as I have asked about above and be able to assess this from
the Online User Guide under say Quick Commands Refferce.
where it is more or less says by doing the command with this key will
make this happen and with this key it will do this.

Thanks
Christopher

PS: I hope I wrote this clear as I don't do good in writing
