i am a user of bookshare and you are able to get the NIV bible and many more
bibles from them, the only catch is that you need a membership ID, in order
to access them. And i speak from experience- knowing that bookshare carries
the NIV bible and many more.

I don't know where you can get that Bible, but I know bookshare has quite
a few Bibles, so I'd check there. You will probably have to do a little
organizing of your own to get it in the shape you want, however.
