Your observation is correct from my vigilant outlook. I am trying to look at this optimistic but, there is no hope. He is lieing about the specs. About the Braille note or there is no Braille Note at all. It could be just a hoax or in other words, a rip-off. I hate to admit it but, he is a fraud.
