Hi Rose,

Try another Ambicom card. I'm sending in one of my cards since it was doing much the same thing. My other card wasn't giving me any problems at all. It could easily be the ambicom card itself.

Mine disconnects all the time, every time I want to do something it asks
me if I want to connect again, depends on where I am in the house as to
how long it stays connected. On my desk right near the router it seems
to have mor problems than it does in the living room or the bedroom.

But you know, there have been times I've spaced out and pulled out the
wireless card without turning it off first, and I think I disconnected
from
wireless anyway. The connectivity menu can be brought up from anywhere
in
KeySoft: from the appointment calendar, the main menu, even from a
prompt
for a web URL in the browser (if you, like me, forget to turn on
wireless
before trying to go to a website!). I've never used any other type of
wireless connection, so it's no biggie to me to turn on wireless and
then
turn it off when I'm done, to save battery life.
