Hi Rhonda and list,

My previous post wasn't meant for you at all! If anything, we all need to be more like yourself and reach out to help others as unselfishly as you have done! I'd say you put us all to shame especially when you have on your plate what you have to contend with! Despite your personal challenges, you are still out here trying to be helpful to others! That truly is commendable! I for one love you very much and I think I can speak for my wife as well who would say the same thing!

I think the problem you mentioned hasn't come to the forefront and received the attention it should have is due in large part to what got the attention and focus on this list. Somehow your separation of words went unnoticed in part as it was buried under the pile of garbage messages. This is truly unfortunate! Perhaps it may get some attention now!

We would really have a support list if we were all more like you! I will say though, when Rhonda speaks, I listen!

We don't know much about the M-power units yet since we don't have many in use at this time. We should know soon what has been corrected in Keysoft 6.2. I wish you could somehow latch onto an M-power yourself so you could help us once we get ours! Perhaps you would have one if we all put our thinking caps on. I don't want to forget others who have been there as well!

Thanks so much for being there when I needed help!

Hi Jim and List:

Jim, I appreciated what you had to say. You are correct when you say there have been many messages to go through. I do understand where some of the frustration is, however. I don't know if any of you have noticed this issue, because so many other issues have been discussed. I have seen many word separations as I have read through these messages. That is a concern to me. The things all of you would like to see are fine, but I'd really like to see things cleared up in what we already have. I don't believe anyone really expects their BrailleNote to perform as a Desktop, a Laptop, or a Notebook. But I do see the frustration when there are corruptions in words. If people are going to school, it doesn't look great to have separated words and added punctuation marks. This generally causes bad grades. I believe people just expect it to perform as the BrailleNote they originally purchased or to be able to send it in and ge!

I appreciate this list very much. I appreciate Humanware having such a list.
I don't like to use up much space these days, so all of you take care.

Rhonda Clark
