Hello,

My name is Jess Fox and I found your reply to an individuals request
about "hotmail" and the BrailleNote. I would like to say that I agree
with you that Pulsedata needs to support other protocols besides the
pop protocol. The pop protocol seems to be very hard to get when you
are looking for a ISP that has this protocol. Every email service
that I have found that has the pop protocol is not compadiable with
the BrailleNote because it can not support web based email to my
knoledge. I am finding it extremely frusterating to find a ISP that
meets the BrailleNotes requirements and I would like to tell you that
you are not alone in asking Pulsedata to except more protocols. I
wrote a letter last year asking Pulsedata to make the BrailleNote
compadiable with the IMAP protocol that A.O.L. has and I have gotten
no responce. My father and I thought of using a Cox connection
because we know that this is a pop connection and the only issue that
we are having is that the BrailleNote is unable to use a high speed
connection.
