The only suggestion I have is to perform a reset immediately before attempting 
to open a large HTML file.  This might clear the memory enough to allow the PK 
to handle something that big.  BTW, I use this method before doing anything 
really memory intensive with the BN, if I remember to do it.  <Grin>

I'm glad this method worked for smaller files though.

Thanks Sarah, that works.  One slight problem came up for me.  Do you 
know, or does anyone else know, is there a size limit on html files?
The first one I tried was the html file created by BookShare's unpack 
tool of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.  It is about 1600 KB.
It got to 91 percent and locked up.
When I tried a much smaller file, it worked like a charm.

The Harry Potter file was just an experiment, I have already read the book.
