Don't know what is would be on the qt 32. I just did a j k l reset and that
seemed to do it. But it also destroyed my partnership with active sync.

power down the pk, I would loose the pairing.
My cell phone isn't accessible, not yet anyway. I could reenable the pk on
the phone, but if I had to erase, and then add new and wait for pairing, I
was sunk until I got some eyes that knew how to read.
