Hello Katie,

Last thing first, you would make the connection using a serial cable.  You
would then press r from the main menu, to access the remote synthesizer
mode.  Remember, that the BrailleNote must be installed as a voice
synthesizer.  If it isn't, you can always use the Jaws installation program
to change your options.

There is only one KeyNote synthesizer driver on the website so you do not
need to choose a driver.
